The eyes are self-adhesive

Make sure you have some clear working space and a flat surface to glue on.

Open the small parts box and identify the pieces. Separate the parts for each card design so that you can make one at a time.

Note: There are two sizes of sticky pads.

Many of the parts use textured card, check to see which side is up.

Lay out the parts of the design on the card blank first so you can see the best arrangement. You can mix and match the parts to make your own designs.

The final design will be unique to you. Everyone will put the head at a slightly different angle and the eyes in a slightly different place, giving each design its own character.

Sheep

  1. Ground, Body, Clouds, Leaves and Flowers.
  2. Assemble head and use 5 of the larger sticky pads to fit to the body.
  3. Use 2 small sticky pads for each leg.
  4. Trim some of the fibres from the wool so it is not too ‘shaggy’, then cut to length and glue the end to the body.
Tip – stick the pads to the head and check position before taking the paper off the pad.

Pig

  1. Ground, Body, Clouds, Trotters, Mud.
  2. Put some pencil marks on the Carrot and add the Leaves.
  3. Assemble head and use 5 of the larger sticky pads to fit to the body.
  4. Take care with the tail to get the best effect. Glue wool to pig and allow to dry.
  5. Twist the wool so that it curls round and glue the loop.

Dairy Cow

Assemble the Fox tail first

We recommend that you glue in order:

    1. Ground, Sky, Body, Black body patches, ground Leaves and Flowers, Tail.
    2. Assemble the head – Stick the horns to the back of the head. Glue the hair to the front. Stick the eyes, ears, nose and nostrils on the front.
    3. Assemble flower and stick the flower stalk to the back of the nose.
    4. Use 5 sticky pads to fit the head and 2 small sticky pads for each leg.

Highland Cow

We recommend that you glue in order:

    1. Ground, Mountain, Body, ground Leaves and Flowers, Tail.
    2. Stick the horns to the back of the head. Use 1 small sticky pad for the hair on the front. Stick the eyes, ears, nose and nostrils on the front.
    3. Stick the grass to the back of the nose.
    4. Use 5 sticky pads to fit the head and 2 small sticky pads for each leg.

Finally, attach the ‘made by’ sticker to the back of your card. Don’t forget to add your name so the lucky recipient knows that it has been made with love, by you.
